Refund policy
At Zebaish by Aqsa, we aim to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
A return request will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

The product received is wrong or defective

The request is raised within 3 days of delivery

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

A complete unboxing video is provided, starting from the sealed package and clearly showing the issue
Returns requested after the return window or without an unboxing video will not be approved.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind or product dislike

Size or color preference issues
-
Items damaged due to customer handling

Products without original tags or packaging
-
Requests made after 3 days of delivery

Any claim without a proper unboxing video
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:

Share your order number, reason for return, and the unboxing video

Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours
If approved, we will guide you regarding the return or next steps.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only in the following situation:

The wrong product was delivered
Conditions for exchange:

Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Only one exchange per order is allowed
-
Replacement depends on product availability
-
An unboxing video is mandatory
No exchange is offered for size issues, color preference, or change of mind.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days after approval
-
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s provided bank account
Refunds will not be issued if:

The product shows signs of use or washing
-
Tags or packaging are missing
-
The unboxing video is not provided
-
The return request is rejected after inspection
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded within 1–2 working days
Repeated cancellations may result in order restrictions.
7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue
-
Claims without video proof will not be accepted
