Cancellation Policy

At Zebaish by Aqsa, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled in a clear and fair manner.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order:

  • Email us at zebaishbyaqsa@gmail.com

  • Or contact us via phone or WhatsApp at +92 337 2319184

  • Please mention your order number clearly in your request

If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund (for prepaid orders) will be initiated within 1–2 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests sent through Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or other unofficial channels will not be considered.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you still wish to proceed after dispatch, please accept the delivery and follow the process mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy. Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be entertained.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Cancellation

  • COD orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically

  • Repeated COD order cancellations may result in COD being disabled for future orders

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

If a prepaid order is cancelled successfully before dispatch:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment source

  • Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued

  • The delivery address is incomplete or incorrect

  • The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk

In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
